Stretch, Relax and Glow - Blended Course
These sessions are three amazing classes in one - Movement, Hypnobirthing Techniques and Antenatal Education.
We start the class with breathing techniques that can be used through pregnancy and into labour allowing the stress of the day to disappear. We move on to gentle yoga inspired movement designed to ease pregnancy discomforts and allow muscles to release tension. After the movement we wind down with a guided relaxation using hypnobirthing scripts designed to build confidence and reduce anxiety.
We finish the class with a chat about a different antenatal topic each week over a cup of tea with a treat.
This hour and a half class is the perfect antidote to busy lives, allowing you space and time to bond and relax while meeting others who are experiencing the pregnancy journey. Set to beautiful music, with dimmed lighting, this blissful class really allows your oxytocin to flourish.
